Went in just to look around with my husband, And was looking for a queen mattress for our guest room. Albert was attentive and a wonderful sales rep!! We gave him an idea of what we were looking for and he helped us find something right away. Extremely nice! I work in customer service and I will definitely be coming back, and letting friends/family know. 10 stars!
Worst experience of my life. These people are scammers. I bought my mattresses and base on 1/6/2017. It was promised on 1/10/2017. My Matress was not delivered that day. I kept calling Charles( store manager) and he kept giving me the run around until I insisted on speaking to a district manager. I got a number of the " So called " DM, James. He blamed everything on the manufacturing company. I finally received my bed on 1/27/2017. It was to soft but, I slept on it for the required 30 days. In mid February, I went back and asked Charles if I could exchange my mattress and he wanted to charge me an extra $899 for the mattress I wanted. That mattress was quoted to me and my husband at $999 6 weeks earlier and I paid $899 for the one I have now. That's a $100 difference but, of course they want to scam me and wanted me to pay an extra $899.
I called James, once again and found out he works at the San Mateo and Osuna store, as a salesman. When I went in he was so rude. He and I ended up in a screaming match( which at the time I didn't know my son was videotaping )
Go to a Reparable place to buy a bed. This is not it!!!!
The best experience I have ever had purchasing a Mattress the manager Charles was so helpful and used his Bed match machine to match us to the right mattress. I would recommend this store and Charles !
They have all the control to scam, whom ever they want. I will be filing with the BBB.
They will NEVER give you a district office or REAL District Managers number.
