DO NOT STAY HERE. We asked to change rooms three times because each time we changed rooms they seemed to get worse and worse. There where holes in the comforters and sheets. The bedding looked like it hadn't been washed for a decade. The wall paper was peeling off the walls. The floors are dirty and stained. All the rooms smelled horribly of smoke and mildew. The walls, tub, blinds, doors, and ceiling are dirty. Not to mention the extremely poor lighting. This place looks nothing like the pictures. Save your money and sleep in your car!
Is a dump. Roach infested. Walked into a sauna as ac was off. Shower head broken. Went out and replaced it myself. Figured would be easier and faster that way as everything else took time. Bathroom door does not close. Cigarette burn holes all over the blankets. Makes you wonder if they get changes. Booked a 2 bed with kitchen. Got one bed. No kitchen. Eventually got upgraded to a 2 bedroom with kitchen. The only thing nice.
Quick check in. Staff friendly. Great prices. Lots of food choices around. Great continental breakfast choice.
Absolutely horrible service! Manager was unwilling to come to any compromise even though they were the ones that over booked. When Expedia tried to call the manager would just leave them on hold while we were waiting in the lobby. Room was not supposed to be charged until we arrived but it was charged before we even arrived and they lost one booking. Don’t ever come to this hotel. You could probably find a better location in a sewer somewhere.
NOT THE PLACE TO STAY!!! This Was a horrible experience for me. If you like a clean hotel free of roaches and filth then ****don’t stay here***. If you like to smell cigarette smoke in your room and in the bedding then this will work for you. It was a terrible and frightening experience ! Nothing like the pictures that are on their website!! We were moved to 4 different rooms and they were ALL roach invested!! We got out! This place should be closed down until they can exterminate the entire place and clean it up. It’s not in a good part of town either. It is right off the interstate, but so are many CLEAN-hotels if you need the convenience of being by the interstate. There seems to be soooooo many negative reviews I’m surprised the owners don’t take the time to clean this place up! You do get what you pay for. It is Less than a Budget Hotel. For an extra $20.00 a night, you can find a hotel in the area that is clean and free of roaches and bugs in the rooms.
