Sales Manager is a great, make sure to ask for Charles. This was my third mattress from this business, and I couldn't be more pleased. Charles made the purchase easy and the deal was fantastic. Delivery was on time, and set up was done to a perfection. Great employees, great products, great price!
I made the mistake of buying a very expensive top of the line mattress from them.
In my humble opinion, Mattress Firm has very poor service and the so-called warranty that comes with their mattresses is basically worthless, because if you ever have a problem with your mattress, they will apparently bend over backwards to try to figure out how to NOT honor the warranty. I would recommend that you stay away from these guys...
Fantastic experience, low pressure salesman who was incredibly knowledgeable. Did not purchase however, the experience was so pleasant we will be back to purchase soon!
