I have been pleased all throughout my experience here. The staff has been professional and efficient. My room is clean and comfortable. Excellent all the way around.
Nice hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They don't have fridges or microwaves in the room, but they'll bring one up to you upon request.
Customer focused from the folks at the front door to the front desk to the wait staff. They are terrific! Comfy well appointed rooms. Easy access elevators. Lots of places to mingle.
Location is great. The suite was not a suite just two rooms with the connecting door opened. Pricey for the area and not worth the extra cost.
The hotel was nice. There were lots of outlets in my room, and the coffee was nice. I had no problem with the wifi and the bed was comfortable. If I had one complaint it would be that my room smelled a little musty, but it wasn't a big problem and I barely noticed. I would come back, it was a convenient hotel and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
