Rooms were clean. Had an adjustable bed did not work. Had a snack area, no drinks. Stayed for 2 nights no water to buy or soda. Had to go to a nearby store and but water because we were told that the bottle water that they had was only for "diamond customers" only...
I was attending a college information meeting. Front desk was friendly in directing me to the room. Signage was legible and visible. Room was neat and tidy and appropriately set up for the event. No trouble with lighting or projection. A little loud once cause kids were screaming headed to the pool. Probably not a great location for a meeting room.
Where do I start, i came in from a long day of work. I get here and they have NO reservation of mine. No one attempts to help me, yes we see your itinerary number but we see nothing on our end. Finally I get a room and then I see everyone ahead of me getting goodie bags. So i ask for one, no I'm sorry those are for rewards members only....Um ok.?! Later i asked for a roll away bed. I'm sorry but we can't have one in that particular room. I can't tell you how many other hotels I have been too that gladly give a roll away. If my training was not so close to this hotel I would be gone. Take your reward members only bag and shove it. And thank you for the dirty looks and attitudes that you so graciously provided! It will only solidify that i will not EVER return to this branch of hotels!
Main areas are clean and modern. Room was well equipped and cared for. Secondary areas like stairwells were a bit beat up. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location isn't terribly close to a convenience or grocery store, so be aware you may need to venture past walking distance for supplies beyond hotel basics.
This is a nice place to stay. The rooms are always clean and the staff has always been friendly to us. It is right off I25 and easily accessible. Located next door to Cracker Barrel and several other restaurants are very close buy as well. The parking lot it well lit and it seems to be in a descent part of town.
