I usually stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Uptown! However, I have an early.
I would load pictures if I could but I'll start from the beginning. We arrived late around 1130 from out of state for a conference I was attending the following day. At 3:30 in the morning the room next to us we were in 224 started blaring their TV and continued until 530. I had to be at my conference at 7am. When I spoke with the front desk in the morning they said they'd look into it. When I returned from my conference at 5:45pm today I went to take a much needed shower to find mold black nasty crusty mold around the metal fixtures in our bath tub. I really couldn't stand another moment and we left within 24 hours of arriving. The beds were nice, the manager upon hearing of our experience offered us one night returned back to us and 20% off the first night. I'm so incredibly disappointed with our stay. I expected so much more from a Hilton. What I experienced was something I'd expect from a motel 6. I was in a 2 queen size bed room. Maybe it was just this room but I'll never be returning
Great location close to the airport! Delightful hotel. Comfy beds and well maintained bathroom. A couple of things let it down at the time of my visit 08/13/2017 and this is why 3 stars were given. (1) the hot tub was dirty (2)there was noticeable confusion with the servers in the breakfast room for getting the correct food orders to the right tables and for organisation between the reception on the correct voucher distribution for our party of eight people comprising two children under 12 and a further two children over the age of 12. The remaining four people were adults. Despite this I would still visit this hotel again though!
I stayed at this location for three nights for a work trip. All of the staff that I came in contact with was very courteous, kind and eager to help. I had an opportunity to have a couple of meals during my stay, both were very good. The whole place was very clean and my room was comfortable. It is very close to the airport which was convienent, and surprisingly, the traffic was not an issue. I definitely recommend this hotel!

After my last two stays at Hilton Garden Inn, I am considering changing my hotel preference. I feel like my requests are basic, no down pillows or bedding due an allergy to feathers. I call before I arrive and confirm the request. I stop at the front desk before I go to my room to confirm the request was to completed. I go to my room and find down pillows. I'm really at a loss. On top of the pillow issue, I also find stained sheets. Really? So my room is changed and everything is fine,right? No, because I leave my room and find out I'm locked out. I left my key card in the room because I thought I had a digital key I, but digital key wasn't changed to the new room. I do my part, why can't Hilton Garden Inn do theirs.
Flight , so I decided to stay at The Hilton Garden Inn at the airport! I was able to turn in my Rental car early because This one had a Shuttle. The Shuttle driver was already waiting for me after I turned on the car! My God! I am on my way to a National church convention. Now I do not have to struggle with the rental car in The morning! Thank you so much. May not mean a lot to some people, but not having to deal with a car at 4am meant a lot!
