Nice hotel. Very affordable. Great pool and beds were comfortable. Hotel night clerk was very nice and chatted with us while at the pool. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel, this isn't it. But it's worth it for a nice overnight with the family.
NOTE: Do not and I mean repeat, Do not STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Read description, About a week ago, stayed the night here. Thinking it was going to be a safe hotel. I was taking care of some business in the local area, well when i arrived at the hotel i noticed i was place in the sketchy part of the hotel on the bottom floor, I notice when I got to my room that it was dirty, i decided to leave the room. while i left the room i informed the front desk gentlemen about it being dirty. I left all my belongs including my keys thinking it would be okay, done this many times. I go out and come back to a room complete mess, someone had let someone in the room knowing that my stuff was out. My car was stolen, all my belongings. Cops came took my report and left. The front desk guy had something to do with this. An inside job. A few days later i called to talk to the GM, he just gave me back the money i spent on the room. the GM "Gary" didn't want to talk and so his assistant front desk lady by the name of laila just told me to leave a name and number. THEY ALL KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON! SO THEY DECIDED NOT TO ADDRESS THE GRAND THEFT AUTO THAT THERE EMPLOYEE WAS INVOLVED IN. Don't give business to these people.
Room was reason clean. Staff was very nice. Beds were old and soft but good value for a quick overnight stay
This place may have good customer service but they have very poor facility and if you want to get inside the hotel you have to go all the way to the front office because there side doors are not working with the card key they give you. If you like cockroaches running up your leg while your sleeping in bed at night than this is the place for you. I had a big cockroach run up my leg while I was sleeping and it freaked me out and it took us awhile to kill it because it was so big. I will never stay at this place ever again. The person at the front desk told me they had pest control come over there about three weeks ago and spray, in my opinion that is probably a lie. The carpet was extremely filthy with greasy dirt that melted in the soles of your feet. Hot tub would only be hot temporary and go warm and you would have exit it and go back to your room and wait for 30 minutes to an hour. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AT ALL!!!!!
This is not an America's Best Value Inn, but works in the same way. We enjoyed our stay there and will stay there in the future.
