No one was there when I had a problem with a machine but I filled out a refund card and they took care of me.
Been coming here for 5 years and have never had a problem... Until recently that is... Never an attendant to be found, and the restroom is always locked now for some reason. I won’t complain about the amount of machines being broke down because that is just normal for the amount of usage.
We've been coming here 2 times a week for months because our dryer broke. We've never had a problem. Sure some machines are down, that comes with a lot of usage. We use 3 quarters and everything is dry. Quick and easy. Plus we like you can play ms pac-man and pick up the weekly alibi. I agree there should be more seating but we usually just stand anyway. 21 minutes in and out. Thanks spin cycle!
What can really be said about any laundromat here in Albuquerque? Run down, dirty and no sense of pride. It is was it was made for. A place to wash clothes. Be very carefyl as I have ruined many clothes here due to people using bleach in the nachine before hand and it NOT being washed out.
Laundromats you can go to close in a little bit early but is always clean and machines generally have no problem
