The customer service here is the worst I have experienced. The rudest people work here. DO NOT GO HERE, there is a much better landromat only about half a mile from here
I would say generally avoid this laundromat they where probably the rudest most insulting exprience I've had dropping my laundry off. First i asked him to weigh it when it was dry because i had wet towels in it which he agreed upon when i dropped my laundry off but which he refused to do when i came to pick it up also charging me what came out to be around 15 dollars and when i metioned this he berated me and said that people from texas (I'm from out of state) have always tried to manipulate people from new mexico which i mentioned what does that have to do with laundry and what was originally promised to which he decided since i was white and he was hispanic so i must be trying to manipulate/screw him. So in all I'd say avoid this laundromat because he's overpriced and very rude theres much better choices in the same area with better customer service and attitude in general.
This place has renamed itself to Dirty Laundry. The machines are old and overpriced. I lucked out and picked a dryer that actually had some heat. The hours are getting shorter at this place as they close by 5pm.
