These guys ruined my necktie. They made minimal effort to make it right (refunded the cost of the tie), but only after I hounded them for weeks. They refused to reimburse the $5 I paid for them to clean the tie they ruined. There are a bunch of dry cleaners in this city...try a different one! I won't be going back.
She's an older Hispanic lady Who works at their San Antonio location and is consistently rude and disrespectful to customers. Every time I drop off my clothing she has a snooty statement on how I bring too much clothes at once and that I should be using the night box as if my business inconvenience her. Wow what a problem I'm bringing her To much clothing that her business will make money off of but yet she decides to complain about itand not only once this happens every single time I go as if she doesn't remember that she griped at me the last time for bringing too many clothes. And to top it all off it took me a week to go back and get my clothing ONE time and when I go to pick up my clothing she makes a comment that I left my clothing there too long and I need to pick them up quicker next time. Did you care to ask why it took me five days not that it matters anyway because honestly five days isn't that long but my father got put in the hospital and so I didn't make it to pick up my clothes that week sorry to inconvenience you.
So just to recap they complain when you bring them too much business at one time and then complain when you don't pick up your clothing in a timely manner whatever happened to the customer is always right. Unless you want to do business on their terms prepare to be insulted degraded as a customer or even better do what I'm going to do and find another dry cleaners.
I'm not one to write a negative review to be honest with you I've never written a negative review because I know it can drastically affect business and people's livelihood however in this case I feel it's justified to write this review because I have consistently received not just bad service but disrespectful/insulting service.
Best laundry service in Albuquerque. Friendly and attentive staff. I have been doing business in this location for 5 years now. Love their customized scan code system they have....no need to take paper receipts with me. Every piece of clothing I bring they can scan and know exactly what it need! Attention to detail!

Very professional, had some items pressed and had some missing buttons and we're replaced without asking them too. Very satisfied.
It first started when I request my clothes to be dry cleaned with a certain level of starch and every time they come back to me and on THEIR tag it reads a different level of starch than what I gave them this was frustrating but I decided I could work it out with them so I spoke to manager on multiple occasions and they consistently blamed it on their computer system and still to this day they will not get the Starch level right. however I'm a pretty easy-going person and despite this continue to use their service knowing that I will never get the starch level I want I think most people would've already written this company off at this point but not me I always give people the benefit of the doubt but the terrible service continued
