Within 5 minutes, a lady called me back and came to rectify the situation. She was very nice and felt bad and that is appreciated, but i will not be back to this facility ever again.
Granted its only $10.00 that was spent on something that wasn't working correctly, but still. I work hard for my money.
This laundromat needs more employees like Lloyd.

I then called another Spin Cycle location freaking out informing that lady of the situation. She said I would have to wait until 2 for the attendant to help me. I got so upset and demanded that someone call me back.
I came to wash my bigger loads of laundry (bedding, rugs...) Upon walking in, it was disgusting. Floors were dirty, washers not clean AT ALL. I proceeded to use the "mega washer" aka triple loader for 2 of my bed sets. The 1st one (which was my brand new bedding) kept my money AND locked my bedding and just spun in circles. The 2nd one just kept my money. I then had to break up the rest of my belongings into the smaller washers which were complete filth!!!
Worst laundry I have ever been to. The dryers suck! In the middle of drying 2 of my dryers completely quick working so I had to move my clothes twice. After putting in $2.50 to dry my clothes are still damp! The attendant was not so nice and even had attitude with me when the second dryer went out!!! Save yourself $$ and time and drive further down 4th to the laundry in Ranchitos....their dryers actually work. Only reason I came here was because it was late. I spent double the price here then at the other one. I wont ever use this laundry again.
Been waiting for an hour and last night sister was here and they closed at 8 pm so her clothes got left in the laundry mat cause she thought it was open late but they locked the doors. She only went next door to work out at planet fitness. Fix the laundry mat hours!!
The laundromat opened at 6AM, I called at 8AM no answer. Went down to laundromat & no attendant on duty. The only time they have anyone helpful is in the afternoons & evenings when Lloyd is around. They need to have an attendant on duty all day. The only good thing about this laundromat is Lloyd, he's awesome, and he's the only attendant I've ever seen at this laundromat in at least 5 years. Lloyd is always cleaning & trying to make the laundromat look better. He's always helpful.
