The worst service I have ever received. Would leave zero stars if I could. They sold my shorts to someone else without a claim ticket. My last name isn't common at all. They lied to me and said somebody with my last name came in and got them. There are only 3 names in the phone book with my last name and they are all related to me! Long story short, they gave them to someone else, and when I asked what they were going to do for me, they said sorry there was nothing they could do. So, don't ever use these guys. They also were extremely rude and we argued for hours. The shorts weren't even worth much, but the way they treated me was terrible. Now I am without those shorts and I have a useless claim ticket. I suggest taking your business elswhere. I have contacted the attorney general's office as well as the Better Business Bureau.
As someone who does a lot of drycleaning every month I have been so pleased with the quality of work. The store has a fun, friendly atmosphere and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I would highly recommend this cleaners.
