I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I could save so much money financing & refinancing 2 of my vehicles with State Farm Bank!
I have been with State Farm for a long time. I moved back to NM from OR after a few years and had chose this office because it was the same as a relative that just passed. At first it seemed like it was going well until I was talking to them on a weekly/bi-weekly basis. My prior several years of experience with State Farm was very minimal contact, maybe once every few months and if that I didn't have to go into the office. With this office there wasn't a complete disclosure on what was happening. They beat around the bush about what was going on as if they didn't know how to explain it to the customer. I got so frustrated with the issue I transferred to her brothers office, of which I had no better service.
