Referred my cousin to Titan and the employees at the Titan Insurance office helped him save money on his insurance.
Horrible. horrible experience. Did not recieve a bill for four months. Went in August and paid. Was told by Agent Arely Aragonez Turino, my new due date was on the 20th. Never received a bill. Nothing. Went to try to pay online, my policy number was invalid. Called Acceptance toll free number. They couldn't find me. Guy at the Abq office told me my bill was due on the 10th. He had no explanation as to why I had not received bills or why I was told a new due date. Obviously I am taking my businesd elsewhere. Beware if you choose to do business with them. At this point, I have idea where my money has been going the few months.
I came up for renewal and Im so glad I called Titan! They saved me so much money and the staff was so friendly!
This place is a joke! DO NOT GO HERE! Unless you want NO customer service and staff that will treat you like you're not important!
