I honestly feel that I was taken advantage of my this agency.
Think about it: they continued to ask about my wife throughout the claim process; they took the time to carefully remove all of our personal items from the car and make them available to us without having to hunt these items down; they explained the process several times to be sure that we understood the potential outcomes and the timelines; they gave us a rental car so we could go on our annual January vacation; they called, they cared about us, they made a terrible situation better.
I have been with the Keller agency since the day I got my drivers license. That's been over 20 years now. Before that, I used to run my moms payment in when I was a kid. The Keller agency has been there for me for all of my life, and the slogan couldn't be more accurate. I have never been once been concerned about my coverage, because I was confident in the amazing people that work for your agency. I tell all of my friends and coworkers about my experience with your agency, and they can hardly believe it. They ask why I would never change, or even get a quote from another company, and I tell them, it's simple, why would I when I have everything with Allstate, car, life, home, renters... And I have never been let down? I know if I even have a question. I can call and I am given amazing customer service consistently. I love you guys!!!
The lady that works here, Vicki, sits in front of our office building chain smoking cigarette with her car on at least 3-4 times a day. I've left notes asking her to park somewhere else, because it's loud and disturbs the relaxation of our customers. I've asked to speak to Joe Keller and have gotten no response. And I canceled my insurance with this place because of it.
I was home getting dinner ready. The phone rang. It was my wife, Phyllis. Rob, I have been involved in an accident and I need you here now! I arrived at the intersection of the accident to see Fire Trucks, Police Cars, an Ambulance. I found my wife and made sure that she was receiving the best of care and that her injuries were not in any way life threatening. Once, I knew she would okay, I made the call to Allstate. You never think about insurance, or read the fine print, or worry about coverage until when? Until you need it! Allstate's first words were how is your spouse, does she need any special medical support, and words that I still remember. "Your wife is the most important part of what is happening right now. We can always repair or replace a vehicle but a person, your wife is the most important thing right now".
If you currently use another insurance carrier great, but if want the experience that goes beyond coverage, and provides the support of well versed professionals that are there for you, then maybe you should consider the Joe Keller Agency. Some things cannot be measured in dollars when you really need them,
When you need a Caring Professional Team, all the people at the Joe Keller Agency are professional and Caring. I have always thought that Allstate provided outstanding value for their annual premium. Now I am convinced and would tell anyone that if do not have Allstate Coverage you are missing an opportunity to have the best coverage, the best people and the best outcome that money cannot buy.

Had been with Joe Keller agency for 22 years. I had both home and auto policies with them. Rates kept going up and up. Bought a new car and the rates were outrageous even though I had no tickets and no claims. When I questioned it, they basically said, "That's the way it is." Shopped around and every other insurance company was HALF the rate or less. Called them to discuss policy with them to make sure I was comparing apples with apples. Got the answering machine. After eight hours, I received a call back and they stated "We just got a new phone system and didn't know we had voicemail."The money that I saved by switching to another insurance company more than covers the payment for my new car!
In the 22 years I was with this agency, I never spoke directly to the agent. The agent that I ended up going with called me herself and talked to me for 45 minutes while she was vacation, then ended up meeting with me face to face for 3 hours once she returned from vacation. Ended up with significantly more coverage for both my autos and home at a fraction of the cost.
