I like that agents stay for many years so they know me when I call. I recently bought a new car. When I called to ask them to create a new policy and send it to the dealership, Chris took care of it immediately. Now, THAT is service. I am a long-time, appreciative customer.
Great service, been with them for years and never had any issues. They have gotten much better about contacting us yearly to see if we qualify for any discounts which is important to us.
