I recently visited this office of Judy Alba, and i have to say that i have never been in a office that has such bad customer service. I must have walked in to a heated conversation between the staff, the girl that stated that she was the manager ( Beverly) was so rude and very short with me when i asked questons. when i asked for the agent she advised that she was not in and that I only speak with her. I am currently with Farmers insurance , and i think i will stay with them ..are all State Farm agent offices like this...???? They really need a change of management there!!! If Judy Alba is reading this I hope she knows whats happening in her office, I tried to call the office but again her MANAGER advised that she was not available..... Bad Service
I became a client about 25 years ago in Las Cruces, Judy was always able to answer my questions and was attentive to all my insurance needs. On a personal note, she was always a friend , but I felt like family. I would still be her personal client had she not moved to a different city, Albuquerque is lucky to have such a great agent and person.
I have been with Judy since she had an office in Las Cruces, many years ago. She, and the girls who work for her, have always been very helpful when ever I've needed them. When my pipes burst,during the in "Winter 2011 Freeze", their support was invaluable. Judy and the girls helped me understand my policy and went above and beyond to push the claim along at a brisk pace. With their help, my business wasn't down longer than absolutley necessary. I can't thank them enough. The least I could do was write a review at Judy's request. Thank you again.
This is one of the best farms insurance office i been to everyone is very nice they made me feel like if i was family to them
