Very Happy. I hate insurance; this agent is friendly and helpful...doesn't try to sell you what you don't need and tries to save you money. I recommend him all the time.
We've been State Farm insured for over 20 years and have never had a complaint until we recently moved to Albuquerque and chose this agent. From simple phone and address changes to more complex policy changes, the staff here seemed to be unable to do a straightforward job. They lost things, failed to update records, policy rates were quoted inaccurately, policy changes weren't communicated clearly to headquarters, phone calls never returned. Scary to think how a claim would be handled! I spoke with the agent regarding the last problem their lack of follow through caused and he seemed totally uninterested. He did say he'd call me back after he'd followed through with staff but as yet we haven't heard back and I'd be surprised based on experience to date if he did follow through. We moved to a different Albuquerque State Farm agent and my guess is - it will be a significant improvement!
