Very poor service. Both Smokey and Jimmy over price their motorcycles and are in no way willing to work with you. We had a trade in and he was screwing us over on trade value. I will never give Smokey my business or time again. And I will make sure to spread the word.
Found the bike I had been looking for, so I called and asked Smokey to hold it for me while I drove down the next day to look at it. He gave me the best deal imaginable! For other reasons, he didn't have the title at the time, but as soon as he got it he sent it FedEx overnight to me. The bike I bought already had a plug for a battery tender so he went to the back of his shop and gave me an extra charger for free! One of his guys loaded and tied down my bike and I was on my way! Would definitely do business again!
