By far the most amazing group of people to work with! They have excellent customer service and truly care about the people that come in. They also have really high quality vehicles. It's nice to not feel like you're just another number to them but that they actually care about doing what they can to help you get a vehicle. Highly recommend anyone in the market for a new truck to visit them! You will not be disappointed!!
I had the best experience with aquality. Felicia, Sean, and their kids have been nothing but amazing to me and my family while buying a vehicle. Most down to earth people i have had the pleasure to meet. Any questions and concerns i had with the vehicle i bought they helped me with or fixed whatever i needed and in a timely manner as well. I definitely recommend aqaulity if you are looking to buy. I had the best buying experience from them especially since this was my first vehicle bought on my own. If i am looking for a vehicle in the future will go straight to them before anyone else.
No less than an hour of driving off the lot with this truck did the check engine light come on. I took it to autozone to find out it has a problem with the egr valve. To make a long story short, the truck was mostly in the possession of A Quality and the mechanic trying to fix the steering and egr valve for a few months. It seems like the egr issue was fixed but I finally took it to a decent mechanic and paid $670 to fix the steering correctly. Then yesterday while crawling under to truck to try to fix the non-functional horn, I noticed a serious oil leak. I never noticed it before because it was mostly in the possession of A Quality. Now it is no longer covered by A Quality's 3 month warranty and Shawn said he could refer me to some mechanics. In other words I'm SOL.
These guys are an amazing group of people! Sean and Gerald got me in the truck I wanted at the payment I could afford easily. Sean went the extra mile and got the truck squared away quickly when I noticed that the trucks alignment had issues driving on the free way, and the turn around was quick a day and a half and the truck is 100%. I was stuck at the dealership and Sean (owner) personally gave me a ride to where I needed to go no questions asked. Gerald was a very good salesman he wasn’t your everyday sales guy trying to make a quick buck he worked with my needs for the vehicle I was looking for and called me in 4 days stating that he found a truck in my price range that I could afford, that day I was leaving the lot with my 2004 Chevy 2500hd. Gerald and Sean truly go the extra mile for you and I would definetly recommend them to family friends and I intend on keeping they’re dealership in the family.

Lemon! I bought a truck and noted that something was wrong with the steering and Shawn agreed to put new tires (which he did) and fix the steering, broken door handle, and non functional power window. At this point I feel guilty for even buying this heap of junk but I believed that Shawn was an upstanding guy and it was what I was looking for. However, these problems were the tip of the iceberg and any dealer with a shred of decency would have never had this vehicle for sale with all of its problems.
