I just moved to NM and I had two weeks to find a car, apartment, and get my life settled. Bright Auto made the car aspect of this situation so easy for me. They worked with me and my difficult situation and I got a beautiful car for a very fair price out of it. Marianne was incredibly helpful and has done everything possible to make sure I got what I needed and in a timely manner. (Including picking me up from the train station so that I could pick up my new car!) I have nothing but positive things to say about Bright Auto and the interactions that I had with them.
Not your typical used car dealer, excellent team effort from selecting the core vehicle, identification and correction of common problems through making the vehicle presentable for sale. They were easy to deal with from scheduling a test drive through purchase negotiations and final sale. Post sale technical support on the proper maintenance of the vehicle was far more that one would expect from a typical dealer. In any situation, regardless of the dealer, when purchasing a high mileage vehicle at a reasonable price one must exercise caution and carefully assess the vehicle before purchasing. In my situation the vehicle is definitely above expectations and I would not hesitate to do business with them again if the need should rise.
