PERFECTION ON ACADEMY SAVED OUR VACATION. My husband & I were on a road trip to Oregon & Washington. First stop was Albuquerque (coming from Austin!). Two hours outside of Albuquerque, our AC goes out. 100 driving straight into the sun. It was a pretty intense two hours of me eating ice & calling every Honda dealer in Albuquerque. Perfection on Academy was the ONLY one who would see me---thanks to Christy (Kristy?) one of their mechanics agreed to look at our car just as we pulled into town at 4pm. Bad news---it was a clutch & coil and there wasn't a part anywhere in New Mexico--and ordering one would take several days. But the woman who worked parts called around and found one at a salvage yard! They picked it up early the next morning & had our car fixed by noon ---they even hooked us up with a loaner so we could at least spend the morning in Albuquerque site seeing instead of sitting in a waiting room. THIS PLACE ROCKS! Everyone there was nice, considerate & went above and beyond. THEY SAVED OUR VACATION!

Do not ever purchase a vehicle here. On January 2nd I purchased a used vehicle and was promised blue tooth, USB hookup, the works for the second level base model vehicle. One of the vents broke on the test drive, sales woman told us she would order a new one when we got back inside. We also purchased the vehicle at closing time, and the fact that there was hail damage along the entire car was not disclosed.Fastward 1 month, 2 days before my temporary tag expired. I called to ask about the vent and inquire about my temp tag. Sales woman told me to call some manager to ask about temp tag, and said she forgot about the vent. Called said manager, asked about my title etc. Said the order hasn't been put in yet, but they will expedite it. This is the only thing they did help with. I got my plate and what not about a week later. Waited another month, called, service dept stated no order had been placed. Sales woman no longer works there. They will order it. Come March or April, I took my car in to get an oil change and stated my car doesn't start every time, especially if I use the air conditioner. Asked them to check alternator/starter. First service clerk told me it would be $35 and that they won't look at that stuff because it sounds like a battery problem. Would they test the battery? No. That'll cost extra. Waited over TWO HOURS for an oil change. They told me the car started fine when they moved it, so they had no reason to look under the hood. A different clerk told me it would be $67 for the oil change. I turned around to the first woman I spoke to and said why did you tell me it was $35? She just shook her head "no" and the other lady said "oh let me see if they have any coupons." They did. I asked about the vent. She looked it up. Wrong part was ordered. I wasn't notified of this at all. I was also told to not use my air conditioning if it causes that problem. Ileft disappointed yet again. My boyfriend called the next day and spoke to Billy, a manager, who stated he would personally take care of ordering the correct part for the vent. Also stated there wasn't any bluetooth/USB hookup available for my car, even though there is a spot for the USB and the buttons on the steering wheel and the sales lady told us it was all there. Didn't acknowledge hail damage.. I decided to call Billy myself and express how offended I was when the service department wouldn't check into the problems I believed were happening. I told him on multiple occasions I've had to jump start my car, even when I haven't used the AC at all. I also mentioned the fact that I was 8 months pregnant and in dire need of a car that starts 100% of the time and ac that works.i was rather frustrated and raised my voice, and when I apologized he stated "oh I've been around my wife when she was pregnant, I understand how hormones work." Who says this to a pregnant woman? Not only was I personally offended, but I also felt discriminated against because of my pregnancy. I will give him the courteousy of a compliment in the fact that after months he finally ordered the right part. He then offered to pay the deductible of my warranty for them to check why the car isn't starting. However, I have called the perfection in Rio rancho (where I live) several times and the manager I need to speak to always happens to be busy. I have given up hope. My grandfather was a car sales manager at a local dealership, and my boyfriend is a car salesman right now. Neither of them would ever treat a customer like this. Constantly giving excuses when they make mistakes. I would never recommend this company, or any of their staff to anyone. I have never felt discriminated against or put down because of my gender in my entire life. If I could give zero stars I would.

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable service center! I've never experienced a more thorough and caring team. Even though I came in only for an oil change, they guided me around and under my vehicle showing my concerns and suggestions along the way. Great team!

Edit: not to mention they had the car priced and dealer markup for the vehicle with the tech package I was promised, so I'm literally paying for the wrong car.

I had a great experience today, they made purchasing my first car a breeze. Alfonso and Billy were very friendly and helpful. My car was priced very reasonably, I would definitely recommend this dealership. Every car we looked at was very clean, and everyone was professional and respectful every step of the way. Thanks again guys!
