He seems like a nice guy but really he is just trying to get rid of his crappy cars. Bought a car from him that was fixed up just enough to last 2 weeks. Mechanic said there is no way it could be like this by mistake he fixed it just long enough for someone to buy it then break out them. He should not be in business.
Do not go to this place, the guy is a scam artist, he will rip you off and then when you think he's trying to help you he rips you off more.
