So this review has been put off long enough. I had came here looking for a car 9 months ago. I had looked at other dealerships but I was in search of a specific car. Everytime you go to a dealership there is some guy there always pushing to sell you a car. Not here. I came in got greeted and asked if I needed help and I responded with just looking. Took my time with my boyfriend looking at the cars and found the one I saw online. The car was in emaculate shape, had low miles and was super clean. I brought it home and it's been a beautiful car with zero issues. Seven months later was again car shopping this time for my boyfriend's car. Tried different dealerships and had one of the most awful experiences at a dealership when we were looking at a car he wanted. I suggested coming back to E&B Auto to see if they had something. They sure did. Same positive experience. No pressure, got to test car and was in really good condition. We bought it. The prices cannot be beat here and the customer service is honestly one of a kind. I'm from out of state so when I moved to Albuquerque I had no idea where to get a car and tried different places. And this place really stuck out. In the future if I plan to get a different car I am definitely coming back.I've had not one but two wonderful car experiences here. I highly recommend them. The guys I've had a pleasant experience with were Eric, Victor and Chris.

The customer service approach at this business is truly remarkable. A very nice selection of cars to choose from and absolutely no pressure to buy! Car was ready for pickup at the agreed to time and they went above and beyond to meet my every expectation.
