Thank you.
I WAS ABLE TO GET A NEW 2017 Kia Forte AT KIA FIESTA WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLE !! FOR LESS MONEY A MONTH THEN WHAT I WAS OFFERED AT DRIVE TIME WITH $1000 deposit ...
People are friendly , I understand they work with all kinds of credit so they trying to get their $$$$ money’s worth .... BUT DRIVE TIME IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY FOR THIER PRODUCT .
2 male “sales reps” dressed in TJ Maxx clearance clothing 2 sizes too large addressed my father and myself, both previous customers, as if we were as unintelligent as themselves. One “gentleman” acted as if he wanted to fight with us as we left but for whatever reason was unwilling to step outside once he realized that he was outmatched by me. This one star rating is more than this location deserves after allowing employees to treat customers this way. Train your sales people about relationship building. Pay them enough to purchase presentable clothing. This is a small town. Let’s hope we don’t cross paths again chief ;)
Highway Robbery at drive time shop Around before you go here

Chris the Sales Manager and his team are very helpful. They have been fantastic in getting me in to a car.
If it were possible to put no stars or negative 5stars I would. save you time and money and don’t go here ever shady and will say anything to get you in a money pit terrible people who will act fake and then when you have a problem are in human to the situation. Can’t say it enough don’t waste your time on drive time.
Drive time wanted $1700 down and a higher monthly payment for a used car with only 50,000 mileage warranty ..

I purchased a vehicle from the Wyoming location on June 20 and was told the vehicle I purchased had been inspected and serviced. There is even a sticker in the windshield stating my next service isn't due for another 2000 plus miles. My "perform service" light came on July 31. I took it to a certified repair shop where I was informed the vehicle was over a quart low on oil, low on antifreeze and other fluids. The person who serviced my vehicle said the oil he drained was very dark and thick so the vehicle obviously had not been serviced in a long time. There are other issues wrong with this vehicle as well. I was informed that if I purchased an extended warranty it would cover "everything from bumper to bumper" when it actually covers very little..... I will never do business with this company again and will be sure to tell everyone I can to look elsewhere to purchase a vehicle.
