I highly recommend wink lounge. I was greeted as I entered into the store very pleasantly. The girls were busy but my wait was short. Angelica waxed my lip and eyebrows. It didn't sting like other places I've gone to. Angelica listened to what I wanted and did an excellent job. My eyebrows are beautiful. I'm looking forward to getting my eyelashes done in the near future. Prices are reasonable and the ladies there were very nice and professional. I highly recommend wink lounge. Angelica is a very professional lady in customer service and takes pride in her work.
Angelica is a sweet, wonderful young lady. She did a wonderful and phenomenal jobs on my eyebrows. They still look boss. Thank you all for everything that you do. I was greeted in a friendly, courteous manner by Angelica and I will definitely be back.
I have gone here multiple times but only ended up getting service twice once for an eyelash tint which turned out very well and the second time was for an eyebrow wax. My eyebrows and eyelashes turned out very good. However the customer service absolutely sucks. The employees are rude, if there is even more than one. The employees never greet you and make you wait an incredibly long time even if they are not busy. They have you sign in and then don’t go based on the list but instead go based on who is sitting closest. I was lied to by an employee on what the price would be for eyelash extensions as well and when I sat down to get them she then told me it would be $20 more than what she originally said.
I had to get my eyebrows done ASAP so I thought, "hey why not this place, its dead and is right here" BIG MISTAKE!! I went in and the girl literally just said "sign in" couldn't even get a hi how are you. The girl leaned me back didn't ask for any kind of direction like most professional places do. When I checked it a nice chunk of my eyebrow was GONE. Couldn't even tell her I didn't like it, i just paid and went straight to sephora to purchase eyebrow pomade. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE
Not professional. I would not recommend going here. I got eyelash extensions and the girl was not professional at all. Didn't wash her hands before applying eyelashes and there was only one girl there so she was rushing to do my lashes because she had other customers.....just not professional.
