Went to get just color done, left with white stripes and yellow tips. Went back to get it "fixed" left with yellow hair and yellow stripes. So disappointed that my hair was attempted to be colored with just bleach... twice! I figured someone would catch on and notice that bleach isn't how you color hair. So disappointed will not go back to get it "fixed". So now it's money wasted and hair really damaged.
I've been coming to Bliss for over a year and could not be more satisfied. I think the prices are appropriate for the professional services and the staff are fabulous! Andrew is my colorist and I receive nonstop compliments on my color and the shine of my hair! I trust him completely! I've been going to Audrey for several months for facials and brow tint! My face looks luminous! And I won a free facial and was provided with a bonus massage this Fall and just received a free facial scrub product this December for my loyalty! It is not hard to be loyal to a salon that makes you look and feel great!
They never answer their phone when they are open. They never call back. I am totally pissed. One of the people that "booth rent" from them IS NEVER THERE. I am now out $70 and I can't get it back I am so pissed. Worst experience ever I am so upset. So much for my mothers day present. What a way to ruin someone's day. I will never go here.
I had the worst experience with this salon. I do not recommend. Hit or mess with this place. I had a scheduled updo for a wedding I was standing in as bridesmaid. I show for my appointment workers are standing outside I was informed nobody has keys , the owner is out of town and they're contacting the son to open the salon. They ask me to come back they're not sure how long it would take . I never got my hair done . It was a disappointment I won't ever go there again
