We will not be returning for EITHER of our pets, cat and a dog. We have seen this clinic for 4 years for our cat and never had an issue with this before we got our dog. Sadly it just looks like care here at this clinic has just gotten lost, but I don't want it to affect my animals lives. So we will look elsewhere for proper care for ALL of our pets. Vetco please look into this and fix your problems with staff. We didn't mind your services until they went down hill fast. Our pets are our families. We trust you and your staff to help us keep them healthy and when we are pawned off to another clinic because "the diarrhea can't be from her being spayed" even though that's when it started and it just hasn't stopped since then...that isn't an answer an owner wants about their pet they care for. It would be nice to see you TRY.
We have scheduled our animal at a new clinic that has better reviews - sadly we will not come back to vetco. It's not worth my pet's health to come here again.

We will be switching clinics now away from Vetco - my dog was spayed there recently and when we called about issues with diarrhea they referred us out to another clinic with out even offering to help us with this issue, even though my dog has never had diarrhea until they saw her for her spaying. They also answered the phone and kept passing me around, putting me on hold, mixed up my dog with another dog and asked if the medicine they gave me helped, but they never gave my dog medicine nor have I called before on this issue.They finally looked my dog up and got her file to talk to me about- but they should be checking that information BEFORE they assume who they are talking to. Also after surgery when I did have an issue I did call their emergency line (a week ago) about my dog vomiting a lot and a sleepy person called me back and was okay but honestly you could tell I was a bother to her when I asked about what to do about my puppy vomiting all night after surgery, she asked me why my dog was awake at 4 am and why she wasn't resting.... well she WAS resting until she woke up for the 4th time that night to vomit everywhere. They just didn't seem to have any advice for me - why have an after hours emergency line if you really don't get help and its just a person you wake up from sleeping anyways? Working HALF asleep in medical care for an animal isn't safe in my opinion.
Totally screwed up paperwork with someone elses name so my kittens now belong to a drug addict with bad credit. She had my phone number and I get calls for her weekly. They insist I drive back and stand in line for an hour to get my corrected paperwork! They refuse to mail it. Correct information given to them twice! Do not open or answer phone in a timely manner. I guess you get what you pay for.
I took my 10 week old kitten to get her 1st vaccinations. The wait time was so quick and the vaccinations were super affordable. Dr. Keppers was very enthusiastic and gentle with my baby!
Can't complain at all everyone there was very helpful. I have taken one dog to be spayed and another for rabies both have gone very well. The front desk staff has never been rude they even called right away to let me know my dog was ready to go home after her spay.
The staff is friendly & the prices are affordable. It gets busy so it's best to go early. I got my two kittens vaccines!
