Dr. Mount was a miracle for us. We have a white boxer. His allergies were so bad we didn't know what to do. She immediately diagnosed problems we never thought of and outlined clear solutions and a medication plan. She was kind and gentle and loving with our dog. Their office followed up within the next few days and then again in a week or so. Every time I have a question I get a response right away. We would recommend her to anyone.
That said, I hate having to get in touch with them. They close @ 4, never answer the phone, and the front desk is always understaffed and swamped. I wouldn't care about that if it didn't interfere with getting refills for my pups meds. If they would just answer the phone with semi regularity this would be a 5 star rating.
I love Dr. Mount. I love her staff. They have helped my pitbull have a happier life.
Dr. Mount and her amazing team at D4A are AWESOME. I'm not sure I knew that dermatology veterinarians existed until I needed one -- and low and behold, my cat has such bad allergies that she literally licks off her hair to her bare skin. Dr. Mount has invested in Izzy's care; she follows up, and has helped us stay on track to hair! :) If your pets have skin issues, get a referral, or call direct. But I can tell you, Izzy's quality of life is MUCH improved with full hair on her body! :) (And my stress level is WAY down)! Thank you dr. Mount!
Dr Mount saw our baby but did no follow up even after another veterinarian saw what horrible condition he was in and never bother to get in touch with us or the other Dr after receiving disturbing photos. She is only in it to collect the big pay check.
My dog is under constant care with Derm for animals. They provide attentive, swift, logical service for her over these past few years. They are MUCH cheaper in their prescribed drugs for my dog than any of the other "discount" pharmacies. Especially Beth (and sometimes her daughter) are caring and really are interested in your pet..
