I've been bringing my pets into The Town And Country Animal Clinic since 1995. When they moved to the West-side and named the new Clinic Ventana Animal Clinic I continued to bring my pets in. This amounted to 22 Years of Excellent Service. The Vets are top notch...The staff is excellent and the care exceptional.
The Dr and staff were very caring and compassionate during my dogs time of need. I will be taking my other pets there in the future!
Best vet visit we have had in 4 years. I have taken my Blue Heeler to multiple vets over the last few years , with not much good luck. The doctor and nurses made us feel very comfortable. Ventana ranch animal clinic is our new vet. Thank you ventana ranch animal clinic.
Our Experience at Ventana Animal Clinic was the best vet and nurse visit we ever had.They are very friendly and caring. Getting an appointment was easy. We were nervous but the reviews here helped us to decide to take our new puppy. The experience was Great they really care about your pet. They were gentle with her and answered all our questions they were genuine. The cost was helped by the complimentary visit they won't hurt your wallet. They cared as much we do about our puppy. We won't take our puppy anywhere else.
Worst vet in Rio Rancho! Went in for concerns over my dogs ear, my dog is a rottweiler and the dr made me put him in a mussle which i understand him not knowing my dog, but then he refuses to look on his ear because he said my dog was too wild, give me a break i put him in a mussle and held him so he could look and my dog showing very little resistance the dr refuses to look and says he would have to knock out my dog just to examime his ear. Little excessive to LOOK at a dog but not to mention still got charged over 100 dollars for a exam that never happened this place is horrible!
