They have a hard time not up selling but they have there hearts in the right place.
Great staff, Dr. Heidi is excellent small animal vet. It is expensive, be aware, with long waiting time. Animals do get good care. Isaac, Carla, Liz & techs very professional & speak Spanish. Clean office.
The Veterinarians are great, HOWEVER whoever manages the practice is a heartless human being. My 8 year old Chihuahua has a long history of medical problems that Dr. Bill has overseen. I called today because her leg is hurt, and unfortunately I'm out of work, and dont qualify for care credit due to a divorce ruining my credit. They refuse to see her, not willing to take payments. It's horrible that they care more about money then animals. I will not be going back to this place.
They charged me $100.00 and did nothing to treat my dogs injury. They wanted me to spend another $500 on x-rays. I then took my dog to another vet and they prescribed my dog 3 meds. Within 1 hour of visiting the second vet i saw results. I WOULD NEVER TAKE ANY ANIMAL THERE OR RECOMMEND THIS VETERINARY CLINIC TO ANYONE. Its
