We took our puppy there one evening after she vomited several times. They were the closest vet still open at 8pm. The service was good and the staff was competent. While the cost was pretty expensive, they did refund some of our payment since they did not do everything they anticipated they might need to do. Overall a good experience.
I brought my cat in today for an appointment to deal with a sore that had been growing on his hind quarters. The receptionists were extremely friendly as soon as I entered. I was seen on time and the vet and the vet tech were both extremely professional and kind. They took great care to make sure my questions were answered and they were very thorough. I felt at ease immediately! So glad to have this vet office so close to home!

Dr. Ku and her team are amazing! I brought my pug in for an issue and they were so sweet, caring and professional. Dr. Ku was informative and very personable.
I have never had a problem with either the doctors or receptionists. Polite and easy to deal with. This is an emergency room for animals, so I understand that coming in to buy food sometimes takes a backseat to someone's sick or injured pet. This is expected.
