I've been a customer for 5 years. The first time we were at Bolton was not a good reason, our little kitten was in an accident and his tail became detached, Dr. Post helped me understand what the prognosis was, our kitten was not going to be able to pee on his own and if we decided not to put him down, I was going to have to learn to express his bladder. Dr. Post saved his life and she was so patient teaching me how to express his bladder. 5 years later (3 more pets added) we are still happy going to Bolton, Dr. Horn and Dr. Keppers are wonderful, they treat our pets with the most respect ever. The ladies at front are just delightful. We are eternally grateful to have Bolton to care for our pets. Thank you.
