Loved it!. Murray is a great pilot! I'd do it again. You pay when the ride is done, not before - a good thing in case of weather conditions and travelling from out of town.
I used a Groupon, no problem. I like these guys a little better than Rainbow Ryders... World Balloon is scrappier, has a great sense of humor, was less expensive, and I like that I could meet them directly at the lift off site instead of driving to their headquarters and then being bused to the balloon site.
I wish I had worn waterproof shoes because we kissed the Rio Grande and the basket filled with a half inch of water.
One of the coolest experiences ever! The pilot and crew helped make it awesome. I love that they cap the baskets at 10 passengers instead of 12. Totally worth it if you get a chance!
