Really cheap tickets. Only thing I did not like it was the busses still the same as 10 years ago need more update and better seats.
Usually overbooked. Great ride, better than Greyhound.
have been traveling with them for years. they could use and update in both facilities and busses but other than that i have no complaints.
Will the station in El Paso ever get remodeled, it is very unclean. I was very surprised to have been greeted by a young man as I boarded the bus. He went as far as helping passengers find their seat and assist with placing our luggage on the overhead, surprised because I've used this service for MANY years and the staff has never been friendly, I will even say, rude, talking amongst themselves about personal issues while the customer is waiting. The competition is VERY enticing, and fares are lower.
I use this bus when traveling is not so expensive and we get there quickly because there's not so many stops.
