I rented an RV at the last minute after the other RV rental place was not able to fix a problem in a timely manner, and then soaked me for the $300 deposit. The Staff here were incredibly helpful and cooperative. Maria was able to understand my requirements and get me into an RV the next day with a minimum of fuss or difficulties. They have RV's that can tow cars or trailers, giving you even more possibilities. Will come back here again.
Bad experience all the way around. Brought my unit in for rental, and I barely broke even, plus my unit was wrecked in the process. Their repair shop had it for 3 months supposedly billed $25,000 for repairs, but nobody has a copy of the invoice from the repair shop. Initially it needed tires, their guy wanted $1800 for 6 tires, and I got them from Big O for half that. Then they wanted to charge me $110 to have their GUY drive it to and from the tire shop. Their insurance is expensive at $200 a month with $400 deposit (which I still have not gotten returned) and apparently doesn't pay anything if your rig gets hit. Lesson learned, everything is weighted in their favor, and the general attitude seems to be that you surrender ownership when you sign up to rent your unit out.
We rented a trailer for Memorial weekend and were so impressed with every aspect of American Dream Vacations. The pick-up process was very thorough and they gave us awesome instruction so we were confident with the travel trailer we used. The trailer was in great shape and well maintained and made our camping weekend care free and easy, with two little kids that is a small miracle. Dropping the trailer off was also an wonderful experience with every staff member very friendly and again thorough in the whole process. We are so impressed with this company we are highly considering buying our own and using their rental management. Thanks for a unforgettable vacation!

The only reason I can rate this place a 5 star is because of Tito!! We bought an RV yesturday and he turned our troubled experience into a great one by the way he treated my husband and I! I was very impressed by the way he went above and beyond to get our RV ready and get us in the road! It was very hot out and without hesitation he hustled to do whatever was needed to help us get the RV hooked up! He is a very hard worker and his kindness was very much appreciated! Thank you Tito for all you did for us you are appreciated more than you know!! And thank you chantel for all the bottles of water and popsicles you have to us to hold our kiddos over!!!! Chantel was a sweet lady!!
