Goatboi glass is second to NONE! I'm from Pennsylvania, I also lived in New York for about 4 years. I've never had glass as good and you CAN'T beat the price for the level of quality.
They don't stand behind anything they sell! Bought a vape pen which died after 3 days. No help at all. No returns no exchanges no refunds! No clue!
