These folks are low key, low pressure and extremely helpful. They greet me by my name and with a smile. Sometimes I drop by just to visit because they take time out of their busy day to just BS about bikes.
Bought my TriGlide Ultra new in 2014. Professional and non-pressure sakes staff. Superb service departnent. Always used their service deoartment for scheduled and unscheduled service, as well as for installing custom parts. Absolutely no issues in 3+years and always treated as part of their family instead of just another custoner.

My latest purchase from Duke City HD was a 2018 Road Glide Special. After talking to Mike Buckingham, the general manager, he checked his arriving inventory and showed one coming in soon. He called me as soon as it was received and we worked a deal. I have to say that I think I got a really great deal and great service. Mike and his crew did things right for me.
I've been a Duke City HD customer since 2015 when I bought my CVO Road Glide Ultra. They are always friendly and have a good crew in all their departments - MC Sales, Apparel, Parts and Service.

Excellent staff, prices still expensive, they are owned by the same people whom own Thunderbird Harley. The manager called, so I have revised my review. I was hoping for competition in town, not better coverage by same people under different name. Both new and used bikes sold here.
