As for this review, we took our Yorkies in last week and when my wife picked them up, they were unusually subdued/quiet. Some small breed dogs have what is known as "collapsing trachea" which manifests as kind of an involuntary cough or hiccup until their throats are clear. When we picked him up he was doing it non stop which, in my opinion, was caused by a groomer who was inattentive and allowed my male Yorkie to become agitated or excited so as to pull hard against the restraining collar groomers use to manage the dogs as they are grooming. I had to take him to his Vet who put him on prednazone (which has serious side effects) and she tended to aggree that something happened at the groomer but was reluctant to say, specifically, what that might have been.
We have been here only once (last month). Very pleased with the service. Now making second appointment for our little 12yo schnauzer.
We will not be going back here or any other groomer. I am investing in some professional grade grooming equipment and resume grooming myself as I had in the past. It's just not worth putting my little ones through the stress of this or any other groomer.

These folks groomed both of our Yorkies and the cuts were fine but each time they sensed that we were getting close to this groomer they would get even more agitated than the previous session.
Our dog Nala, a Golden/Chow blend, looks forward to her visits and always looks great when I take her home
