I felt inclined to leave this review after dealing with a great employee named Debbie that helped me and my mother in law. She went above and beyond to make sure my mother and I were accommodated after a mishap with a coupon. You guys have a star employee on your hands and I hope you give her a raise or promotion because she deserves it. Thank you Debbie for your kindness.
As toy stores go, this is not a bad one. Its a kids version of a big box store...very little charm to keep the magic of childhood alive. But if you are looking for character-based toys, there is plenty and then some. This store looks tore up on a daily basis, with aisles of clearance items or stuff thrown everywhere. Good parking available, and other shopping nearby for the adults.
Always helpful just got to ask. Cashiers are a little slow but I give that to there customer service trying to help every one. During tgevweek during school time they aren't that busy. Weekends are but be patient to check out. But they always help me and my son.
This store had an item for sale on the floor that was not to be sold until Dec. 1. Found that out when they told my 7 year old son AT THE REGISTER that he "couldn't have it" that day, and that they hadn't taken everything off the floor yet. Simple mistake to fix and if they knew about it, remedy it to avoid a situation. We found the same item cheaper at Walmart and took it home the same day, with no disappointment like Toys R Us gives.
I went in to start my registry and the associate whom helped me (didn't catch her name, older lady she had blonde hair and glasses) was very helpful. She set me up right away and gave me as much information as possibe which was helpful considering this is my first baby. I went in was helped right away, it was quick and easy!
