I FINALLY got the ornament. The web site should give you information that it could take up to a month. So it is not (in my case) a scam. I LOVE the ornament. Very well made. I hate the lack of professionalism from t his "company". They need to communicate. All they had to do was respond with what was going on, and I wouldn't have been so concerned. Made it seem like no one was minding the store, yet they had my money. I am updating the stars.
Beware! They take your orders. Take your money. Do not reply to most emails. Do not return phone calls. and as of yet, do not deliver the product. Can I give negative stars?
