I've been shopping at Torrid for many years. I'll never forget the first time I went inside their store - I was blown away! I remember thinking "What? There's plus-sized clothing for younger women that doesn't look like something my grandmother wears?"
If I can't find something in-store, they have even called in an order for me. They also hold items for me if I'm coming in later so that they won't get snatched up. The store is great - the staff is greater.
Never shop here i ordered three shirts on october 21 it has now been a month i never got the shirts i got charged and now i have called 8 times to get a refund and i have been told the same thing over and over again that it will be 3 to 5 days for my refund to be processed. I just got told today that again it will take 1 to 7 buisness days for it to show up. I will never shop at torrid again nor will my wife. You have gotten the worst review from me i know i cant give negative stars but if i could it would be a negative 5
But in all seriousness, going to the store is always fantastic. I've never had a bad experience in a Torrid and Albuquerque is included. The staff is always helpful, they make awesome suggestions, and you usually feel pretty comfy around them because they're full-figured, too (so you don't feel judged to be fabulous y-o-u).
Even though the clothes are pricey, I always find something that I look fabulous in.
Curvy ladies, if you've been debating heading into Torrid, now's the time to stop procrastinating. Just go for it!
I love torrid! Finally a great place to shop!!! For a young full figured woman it is very hard to find fashionable clothing. NOW THAT I FOUND TORRID I HOPE IT NEVER GOES AWAY! I LOVE THIS PLACE! The employees are always friendly and super helpful!
I love this store! Even though the clothes are pricey you definitely pay for the quality. Great employees and definitely great clothes! So cute and fits great!
