People r good. But they didn't specify what cant b returned . When i came to give back they said it cant b returned and were shameless enough also to not offer any store credit .
The ladies were rude & were just standing around the check out laughing & were being racist talking about people of different nationalities other then their own. I am suprised because two of them were managers. I didn't use the fitting rooms but my daughter said it smelled like urine.
One of the most uncomfortable shopping experience I've had. I won't be going back to Rainbow & I will make sure I let others know about how they run that store.
Prices r reasonable n good. Cloth quality may differ but shoes and jewelry are great .
If I didnt have to give it 1 star to give it a review, I wouldn't. This place doesnt even deserve that. Went in today to buy an outfit for my son and was harrassed about me having my backpack placed behind the counter, on my way to checkout! The "manager" was rude and aggressive towards me, cursed at me, and basically bullied me out of the store. I literally thought she was going to attack me. I will NEVER return to this location. And Latoya should really not have a job there, especially not as a manager.
I Usually Go to Rainbows On Friday. And Buyed Some Mens Colon. that Is 3 For 10 Dollars. i Love it And The Employees Are Very Awesome. And The Mens Colon Smells Very Good.
We just went here today. Normally we love this place but today was a let down! First the dressing rooms were "closed" 20 minutes before store closing. That's ridiculous and just pure laziness. This blonde girl with glasses turned me and a group of other women away from the dressing rooms. She was VERY rude about it too. I am so sad because I truly love Rainbow but that worker and the dressing rooms being closed so early is the reason I will not be retuning to this one.
