It's rare to find such a unique location and it's perfectly local!
I have found the best shoes over the years here. Great quality and comfort with style and since the addition of clothes, it's all I can do to avoid stopping in! I have bought several shirts and a couple of bralets that are my favorite items, I wear them all the time.
The staff is really knowledgeable, most of them having worked there for years. Not really sure about the snotty comment as I have never experienced that with any of their employees!
Love the selection of brands at Terra Firma. I always find a comfortable, unique and stylish shoe for work every time I go in the store. To say the least, I can spend an entire paycheck here. All the employees are well versed in different fits, brands and are helpful in recommending the correct shoe for your type of feet. My favorite shoe store in Albuquerque and really the only store I shop to by new shoes.
Really great brands but full price so expensive. They have clearance sales twice a year so check those out! Even then though a few years ago a clerk commented that the sale shoes I was buying were "too expensive" and that he wouldn't spend that on shoes. Way to make me feel great about my purchase!
Good customer service..but didn't carry a big selection of styles and sizes for Birkenstock or Dansko shoes
My favorite place to buy shoes! The owner and staff are absolutely amazing to deal with and the shoes are of the highest quality. Many shoes carried there have a higher price tag, but you get what you pair for! My shoes that I have purchased from there last years and years. Cannot recommend enough!
