Very, VERY bad customer service. Not one "hello", or "is there anything we can help you with". The 2 girls just stood behind registers and talked , laughed and text. Use to buy shoes here years ago. Moved back to find they are now a horrible place to shop. I will buy my shoes for family elsewhere, and tell all friends and family to do the same. Bad move shoe depo.
Good prices and variety
I have had nothing but a damn god experience in here every time I have went in. Not forced to buy anything, and the staff that works there is always helpful and very delighted to help too. Have been here numerous times and wouldn't go anywhere else to buy shoes. They have Nike, Wolverine, Merrill, LA gear, Asics, etc.. all the top brands (and those are the brands I have bought for my family and I). Again good store wish they had another location in far northeast, but hey can't complain.... Shoes are cheap in there.
Horrible customer service. Sent Sales Clerk back with a box that said WIDE, she comes back with regulars and claims that is what we had, like we don't know what we were shopping for. Get the shoes on outside the store and there is a fold in the toe that was pressing into the skin. Walk right back in without even leaving the parking lot, get told it's "not that bad" and they don't have the shoe in the same color. Wait 15 minutes for them to bring another color up, then have to practically give them your first born child and all your information to do an exchange on a cash transaction that took place less than 5 minutes before we came back in.
I don't know what happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE in this country, how you can spend your hard-earned money that is keeping a business open and be treated like you're a moron, but I will not return and will use word-of-mouth marketing to share why no one else should, either.
