The staff is very nice and helpful, some employee's are great with their customer service skills, take pride in their jobs, awesome NEW STORE on Carlisle. GREAT SERVICE
I spent 230.00 on some boots here , I wore them a total of 28 days . They split on me the first hitch an I took em in after my second hitch . The guys at the store sent them off to get them resealed an I just got the boots back ..... my 6 year old could've done a better seal or glue job then they did ! Very disappointed .....! I would've liked someone to take care of me better then the way they did yea it's just some boots but I make a living for my family in my boots and need them to last longer then 28 days . They've got a good selection of nice work boots with and without steel toes. They are a bit expensive for footwear. They staff are friendly and very helpful.
I spent close to $400.00 on a pair of boots here I recently called asking if the size of boots could be traded out for a pair that fit better the guy on the phone told me I had 30 days to trade them in for fitment issues, however I was instructed to break them in for atleast 30 days. When I explained that I was instructed to break them in the guy on the phone said "it doesn't take that long to break in boots". I agreed and then explained to him that the boots are falling part and that I plan on getting a different brand of boots from somewhere else for these reason. The guy said "Okay sounds good". This was probably the worst customer service I have ever received. I paid extra for insoles and they fell apart just after 30 days I didn't get to explain this to the guy on the phone because I no longer had the patience to deal with him. As far as I can tell there is 2 people that work at this location 1 younger 1 older. I bought the boots from the younger guy who was very helpful. it was very obvious I spoke the older guy on the phone. Upon reading other reviews I have come to realise this older guy seems to have no customer service skills and should probably not work for a store where that is the entire job. I no longer want to buy red wing boots and I sure as hell will never go back to that location if did ever decide to try them again. If your insistent on getting red wings I would not suggest going to this location off coors on the westside until they get rid of the old guy.
In a hurry to take your money an won't help when the boots defect !!! Worst customer service Anthony an Kevin are worthless ! Do not recommend to anyone ....
