Do NOT buy from this New Balance Store!! They do NOT honor their return policy!! I tried to return a pair of 990's within the 30 day period. They sold me the men's version of my size which fits in the length but not in the volume! While breaking them in by walking in my house they practically destroyed my feet! I have been wearing 990's for years; now i am stuck with $160 un-usable shoes! Such poorly trained staff!
I'm a regular customer, I wear size 14 and New Balance always has a set ready for me to purchase, the only drawback is price, it's a $145.00 charge everytime.

Huge amount of awesome looking shoes that cost slightly less than they do in regular stores. This ain't a regular store. The only way in is through a tiny clutter section then they have a pit and finally a nice open section with wall to wall shoes . See if you can find Vol-tron in the open section, which is also the best area of the whole damn store. The shoes they get are really nice and sometimes you can find some rare shoes. The prices are usually better than foot locker The staff is helpful so ask them about anything. Paying at the cashier can get annoying because it's in the cramped section.Parking on the streets.
