Had the worst experience with customer service. My sister and I found a great gift for a friend as I checked out. Asked if i could still get the buy on get one half off deal if i bought that item. But i was referred to the manager, who promptly said no. I then offered to return my item and start over. The cashier told me she could not ethically give me the deal no matter what and rolled her eyes. I asked for a return anyways and left with my money. This was my sisters favorite store. But we will not be returning.
Usually everyone is super pleasant but today two workers were rude to us as we came out of the dressing room. Very catty and snarky. We are loyal customers and felt very uncomfortable.
My friend and I have always been very loyal customers to the point where we are there a couple times a month. The employees are usually very nice and helpful. Today my friend was rudely hurried out of the dressing room to make room for another customer. She was bothered but we decided to continue shopping. After trying on another dress, I witnessed a different employee asking her how her dress was working out in the dressing room, while staring and rolling her eyes at 2 other employees, who looked very irritated. I was confused and taken aback at how rude they were to my friend, while she couldn't see their actions behind the closed dressing room. We are reconsidering returning to this location and sad that they will be losing our business.
My daughter and I love Francesca's, but this particular location has the worst customer service. The employees did not greet us or ask if we needed any help. I could understand if it was busy but it was on a slow day. The shop is small, so you would think they would at least acknowledge your presence. The worst part of this experience was when I went up to one of the employees and told her that they had bad customer service. All she did was apologize; she did not even ask how she could make our experience better or offer us any help. I would rather drive 25 minutes to the other Francesca's at Cottonwood Mall to get better service.
