Tom went far above and beyond the call of duty for us, working himself in the hot sun to remove outdated and non-functioning security bars from the windows so that the purchase could get funded. I was blown away. We also went with Thomas to buy our second home.
When it came to selling a house (reason for this review), I thought I could sell it myself. I was sorely mistaken. Thomas and the M Real Estate Group stepped in and started helping me out right away. They helped me counter offer in a timely manner to the first 8 offers we got in the first 24 hours. I was able to communicate my contingencies in a non-pressuring type of way, telling them what I wanted and didn't want, and not feeling pressured to do something different in any way. There were a lot of other highly detailed things the group did for me that really made the difference. In the end, we were able to sell the house and close 3 weeks before we thought we would. I got above my asking price and everyone finished the win/win deal happy. Thanks MREG! You guys are fantastic and I highly recommend them if you're looking to buy or sell a home.
