I had several personal issues in 2016 that created a financial hardship for my family. The staff at Canyon Gate were very understanding and assisted me with creating a payment plan for my delinquent HOA dues. The manager, Mike Doyle, was amazingly patient with me and my situation. He and his staff were very quick to respond to any and all inquires I made with very positive attitudes. Thank you, Canyon Gate, for understanding that life happens.
I have always found everyone at Canyon gate TO BE WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH AND VERY HELPFUL! Especially Dorann, she is smart, friendly and gets things done!

If I could give this organization no stars, I would. I can't even take the time to write all the awful things I have experienced with these people in 10 years- it would be too long and not worth my time.
Worst HOA ever!! If you are looking to buy a home with an HOA make sure it is not this company. They could care less about their neighborhoods or the people that live in them. They are great at fining you. I must also say not everyone is treated fairly. If they company knows someone in your neighborhood nothing will ever happen to them, if you are not like by someone in the company you better watch out. They will do everything they can to screw you and your family over.
